Our Component Development Process

Component Review

Engineering drawing analysis, material and geometry assessment. Identify coating access constraints, substrate compatibility, and dimensional tolerances.

Environment Mapping

Temperature, pressure, chemical exposure, and mechanical loading characterization. Define the full operating envelope the coating must survive.

Coating System Selection

Materials architecture chosen to match the environment profile. Select from corrosion-resistant, thermal barrier, wear, or dielectric system families.

Process Development

Spray process optimized for component geometry and substrate. Address fixturing, masking, spray angle, and standoff for complex geometries.

Qualification Testing

Component-level performance testing in simulated or actual environment. Generate test data package for customer qualification and supply chain approval.
